The Kanban Game

This game is designed to learn and experiment usage of Kanban and Kanban Board with a few variations. You can try out from a simple task board to Lean Kanban with WIP and queue limits. This game is a part of my ProjectGames collection.

I'm going to present this very game at Agile2009 this August.

The game materials are uploaded here. Detailed rule descriptions are not available in English yet (will be shortly!)

Some people reported that some PDF files don't open. I'm not sure what's the problem. Please try Adobe Reader 9.1 (or later.)

Materials

• TheKanbanGameCards_en.pdf - The cards set. Should be printed on name cards (91mm x 55mm)
• handout.pdf - The handout for participants to read. Summarizing the game rules.
• TheKanbanGame(E).ppt - Presentation to explain the concept and the rules of the game. There is a PDF version (see below, attachments section.)
